How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.


Return by mail

To initiate the return process, please visit the Returns Center with your order number and email address. Please follow all directions and drop off your return at your preferred shipping carrier. 

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping cost of a return. 


Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. If you chose an exchange instead, your exchange order will ship after we've processed your return. 


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
