Can I return my items for a refund or exchange?Updated 8 months ago

Please email our customer service team at [email protected] and provide your order number and email used at checkout. 

The refund/exchange policy is different for each product on the site. The return policies for each product is stated in the product description. In the event that item is eligible for a refund/exchange, you will be provided with an option to return for store credit, return for an exchange or return for a refund.   Note that if you select return for a refund you will still be charged for the shipping costs associated with the product. Customers are also responsible for covering the costs of shipping back to our facilities.
