Need to change or cancel an order?Updated 2 days ago

We totally get it—plans (and sizes!) can change. We typically process orders pretty quickly to get them out the door fast, but if your order hasn’t started fulfillment yet, we’ll do our best to help with any changes such as updating the size, address, or even canceling the order.

Once your order moves into fulfillment, though, we’re unable to make changes—so double-check everything before hitting that “place order” button!

If you do catch a mistake (especially with the address), reach out to us ASAP, and be sure to include the correct info in your email. We’ll do everything we can to help!
